Shipping

We offer delivery to United States addresses for which Shopify checkout supplies an available shipping method. Checkout shows shipping, tax, selected merchandise and applicable discounts before payment.

The garments are made to order through Apliiq. Paid orders are reviewed for fulfillment manually. A payment confirmation does not mean a garment has been produced or shipped. Production time and carrier transit are separate; no unverified numeric production or arrival promise is made here.

For delivery questions, address corrections, tracking concerns or cancellation requests, contact john@runerg.com with your order number. Do not send a return to an assumed supplier address or an address on a shipping label.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return of an eligible unused item within 30 days after delivery. For a change of mind or non-defective size return, the item must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn except for a reasonable fit check.

Email john@runerg.com with your order number, item and return request. John will provide written return instructions and an authorized destination. Do not send the item to an assumed supplier address or an address on a shipping label.

You pay return postage for a non-defective voluntary return. There is no restocking fee. After an eligible return is received and confirmed, the refund covers the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise after discounts, plus its applicable sales tax. Original outbound shipping and voluntary return postage are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

Contact john@runerg.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help when available. Runergics remains responsible for the appropriate remedy for verified defects, damaged or wrong items, including required return postage. A refund or required remedy is not conditional on Apliiq reimbursing us.

Cancellations and required remedies

Email immediately if you need to cancel or correct an order. Manual review does not guarantee that an order can still be stopped once production or shipping has progressed. The unused-item return policy and all legally required cancellation, refund and other remedies remain available where applicable. Nothing in this policy removes a right or remedy required by law.
